Dubai: Work on the first runway at the world's largest cargo airport - Dubai World Central International Airport (JXB) is on target for completion in the last quarter of 2007. Standard Chartered group head of legal David Brimacombe is jetting off to Dubai to take up a new position at the bank, leaving the organisation to search for a successor in London.
