Govt to construct over-head bridge in SrinagarSrinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government said it would construct an over head foot-bridge near Government Degree College for Women here at an estimated cost of Rs 35 lakh."The work on the over-head bridge would be completed by October this year," Minister for Roads and Buildings, Gulchain Singh Charak, said while laying foundation for the 70-feet foot bridge last evening.Charak said the upcoming bridge would ease traffic woes near the college and its adjacent areas.He said construction works of four vital bridges in the city was near completion which include Saidakadal, Ashaibagh and Nowpora bridges.
